Railroad Roundtable

Yes, I have been working on the railroad. As I informed our Church this past Sunday; the Railroad is buying some of our land.
However, we found out yesterday that they will only need half of what we were previously told. We will not have to relocate our entrance and it looks like the big Oak tree gets to stay. We are still in negotiations concerning the cost for rerouting our driveway and part of the parking lot. I hope to have an update for you in a couple of days.
